Jeera prices ended with gains tracking firmness in physical demand at current levels.
As per sowing report, current year Jeera sowing area reported increased in Gujarat and Rajasthan due to higher prices throughout the year.
NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks gained by 51 tonnes to 1865 tonnes.
In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged up by 22.05 Rupees to end at 16036.35 Rupees per 100 kg.
