EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX REFINED SOYA OIL UPDATE OF 09 FEBRUARY 2018

Ref.Soya oil trading range for the day is 739-751. Ref soyoil settled flat tracking weakness in spot demand and other oilseed counters on profit booking. Government raised the import duty on edible oils by 12.5 to 15% across the board and increased MEIS on soymeal to 7% from 5%. India's oilmeal exports dropped by 52% compared to same period a year ago on higher prices amid higher prices. At the Indore spot market in Madhya Pradesh, soyoil was steady at 734.85 Rupees per 10 kgs.
