Cardamom trading range for the day is 1139-1178.8. Cardamom prices dropped as higher arrivals at auctions held in Kerala and Tamil Nadu weighed on prices. However, downside seen limited as Guatemala crop is reported to be lower in the current year that is good for Indian cardamom exports. As of now, fourth picking is going on and no more picking is expected due to unfavourable weather. Cardamom prices in spot market gained by 12.60 rupees and settled at 1115.90 rupees.
