EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX TURMERIC UPDATE OF 04 DECEMBER 2017

Turmeric trading range for the day is 7252-7852. Turmeric prices dropped as new crop supplies will start arriving next month and crop conditions are satisfactory. Turmeric output during 2018 is seen at 6 million bags of 70 kg each as against 7.5 million bags. Arrivals of new crop generally start in December and picks up in January-February. In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7713.35 Rupees dropped -5.4 Rupees.
