Menthaoil trading range for the day is 1695.2-1831.8.Mentha oil spot at Sambhal closed at 1908.50 per 1kg. Spot prices was down by Rs.-35.60/-.Mentha oil dropped on profit booking after prices gained due to sharp fall in output and higher demand for domestic industries and exports. Meanwhile, export demand for mentha oil is expected to emerge from the major exporting countries. According to the market sources, traders have raised their holdings on the back of pick-up in spot demand from consuming industries.
