Menthaoil trading range for the day is 1699.6-1810.4.Mentha oil spot at Sambhal closed at 1944.10 per 1kg. Spot prices was up by Rs.23.70/-. Mentha oil prices gained due to sharp fall in output and higher demand for domestic industries and exports. Meanwhile, export demand for mentha oil is expected to emerge from the major exporting countries. According to the market sources, traders have raised their holdings on the back of pick-up in spot demand from consuming industries.
