EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX TURMERIC UPDATE OF 30 OCTOBER 2017

Turmeric trading range for the day is 7234-7394. Turmeric prices gained on rising demand from institutional buyers at the spot market. Though, some gains were capped as turmeric yield and output is expected to improve in 2017-18 on good monsoon in the Southern India. NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks gained by 201 tonnes to 2733 tonnes. In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7414.05 Rupees dropped -31.4 Rupees.
