Soyabean prices gained tracking firmness in spot demand on short covering after prices dropped amid easing supply worries and poor demand for Indian soymeal.
SOPA in a statement requested the government to increase export incentives for soybean meal, said sources.
NCDEX accredited warehouses soyabean stocks dropped by 4220 tonnes to 47323 tonnes.
At the Indore spot market in top producer MP, soybean gained 14 Rupees to 3754 Rupees per 100 kgs.
