Jeera trading range for the day is 16180-16660.Jeera prices gained on short covering after prices dropped following increased arrivals of new crop. Jeera sowing area reported increased in Gujarat and Rajasthan due to higher prices throughout the year. NCDEX accredited warehouses jeera stocks gained by 377 tonnes to 8898 tonnes.In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged down by -104.8 Rupees to end at 19426.45 Rupees per 100 kg.
