Cardamom trading range for the day is 1170-1212.Cardamom prices gained as support seen on apprehensions of a possible supply squeeze. Empty inventories in the upcountry markets on the one hand and the lean final round of picking expected to end by next month. At the Cardamom Planters Association auction held in Bodinayakannur, of the 33 tonnes arrived 32 tonnes were traded. Cardamom prices in spot market gained by 7.10 rupees and settled at 1074.40 rupees.
