Nickel trading range for the day is 708.3-739.9. Nickel prices dropped as exuberance over demand from electric vehicles fades. Fund's net long nickel position on the LME has fallen by a quarter since Nov. 1, when it rose above 40,000 lots.Latest data from the INSG showed the global nickel market deficit narrowed slightly to 6100 tonnes in Sept from a revised 6300 tonnes in August.
