Cardamom trading range for the day is 894.1-974.7. Cardamom prices dropped on higher supply amid subdued demand. Further, expectations of good crop output in the current harvesting season due to good rainfall in late Sep-Oct months weighed down the prices. Supplies of cardamom to the Vandanmedu spot auction centre were at 180 tons, up by 79 tons. Cardamom prices in spot market dropped by 16.30 rupees and settled at 990.00 rupees.
