EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX TURMERIC UPDATE OF 01 AUGUST 2017

Turmeric trading range for the day is 7376-7764. Turmeric prices ended with gains on account of improving demand from upcountry buyers at the spot market. Turmeric sowing in Andhra Pradesh was less than last year while acreage was up in Telangana, government data showed. NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 94 tonnes to 6241 tonnes. In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7461.1 Rupees gained 218.9 Rupees.
