Cardamom trading range for the day is 1067.5-1121.3. Cardamom prices gained tracking firmness in spot demand despite of incessant rain in Kerala’s cardamom growing region for three days.The emergence of favourable weather conditions, of late, has resulted in a slightly bearish sentiment in the markets. Arrivals during the first week of the season stood at around 434 tonnes as against 391 tonnes in the last week of the previous season. Cardamom prices in spot market gained by 8.30 rupees and settled at 1190.00 rupees.
