EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX TURMERIC UPDATE OF 28 JULY 2017

Turmeric trading range for the day is 6792-7268. Turmeric prices dropped due to good sowing progress and hoping of monsoon rains in turmeric sowing areas.As per Andhra Pradesh Govt, normal Turmeric area reported around 17695 hectares and sowing started, till date 7528 hectares sowing reported. NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks gained by 194 tonnes to 6356 tonnes. In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7203.15 Rupees gained 3.15 Rupees.
