EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX CARDAMOM UPDATE OF 28 April 2017

Cardamom trading range for the day is 1194.3-1215.7.Cardamom gained on good demand amid supply squeeze at auctions held in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.At the auction held by the Cardamom Planters Association in Bodinayakannur, total arrival stood at around 6 tonnes, of which 5 tonnes were traded.Farmers who were holding cardamom pushed their produce into the market and that in turn pulled the prices down sharply.Cardamom prices in spot market dropped by 13.00 rupees and settled at 1259.00 rupees.
