Spot silver prices declined by 1.2 percent on Monday to close at $19.4 per ounce as dollar index declined by 0.2 percent in yesterday’s trade while falling base metals pack also acted as a negative factor for silver. On the MCX, silver prices declined by 0.67 percent to close at Rs.46501 per barrel.
