Turmeric prices ended with losses due to higher arrivals compared to last year.
However, the total production in the coming year is expected to be around 68 lakh bags, up 20 lakh bags from the last year.
NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks gained by 50 tonnes to 3759 tonnes.
In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 8727.85 rupees dropped -2.6 rupees.
