Silver prices eased from fresh lows for the year as the dollar turned negative on weaker U.S. economic data.
The number of Americans filing for unemployment benefits unexpectedly fell last week, pointing to a further tightening in labour market conditions.
Holdings at ishares silver trust gained by 0.92% i.e. 90.74 tonnes to 9933.22 tonnes from 9842.48 tonnes.
