EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX JEERA UPDATE OF 22 FEBRUARY 2018

Jeera trading range for the day is 15125-16035.Jeera prices gained on short covering after prices dropped amid report of higher arrivals in the physical market.As per data, arrivals of jeera in Gujarat was 12,400 tonnes during 1-20 Feb compared to 8,700 tonnes last year for the same period.Market is expecting of higher production this season on reports of higher acreage of cumin in Gujarat.In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged up by 212.2 Rupees to end at 18534.4 Rupees per 100 kg.
