EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX TURMERIC UPDATE OF 03 AUGUST 2017

Turmeric trading range for the day is 7446-7898. Turmeric prices dropped tracking weakness in spot demand on profit booking after prices rose on dry conditions and slower sowing progress. In Telangana, turmeric acreage, up 2.5% to 39,000 hectares as compared to last year acreage of 40,000 hectares. NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks dropped by 55 tonnes to 6176 tonnes. # In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 7668.35 Rupees gained 103.35 Rupees.
