EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX MENTHA OIL UPDATE OF 04 JULY 2017

Menthaoil trading range for the day is 870.4-908.2. Mentha oil spot at Sambhal closed at 996.80 per 1kg. Spot prices was down by Rs.-5.90/-. Mentha oil prices fall as arrivals of the new crop, have started in the markets of Sambhal and Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh. Mentha output this year is likely to rise by 10-12% to 36,000 tn, as weather remained largely conducive throughout the season. The expectation of good production of mentha during the year has boosted the demand for natural mentha.
