EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX CARDAMOM UPDATE OF 10 JULY 2017

Cardamom trading range for the day is 998.5-1046.5. Cardamom prices continued its gains tracking firmness in spot demand on reports that the new season harvest may be late.A delay in the arrival of new crop arrivals, contrary to expectations, has triggered a bullish sentiment in the small cardamom markets. Total arrivals during the current season up to June 24 were at 19,035 tonnes and sales were at 18,102 tonnes. Cardamom prices in spot market dropped by 3.20 rupees and settled at 1126.50 rupees.
