Turmeric trading range for the day is 6216-6480.Turmeric prices dropped on profit booking after prices gained on apprehensions of lower sowing and farmers' hesitancy in offerings.Turmeric sowing may be lower this year in Tamil Nadu due to lack of rains in the main producing areas.NCDEX accredited warehouses turmeric stocks gained by 170 tonnes to 6719 tonnes.In Nizamabad, a major spot market in AP, the price ended at 6226.45 Rupees gained 57.7 Rupees.
