EPIC RESEARCH NCDEX CARDAMOM UPDATE OF 6 JANUARY 2017

Cardamom trading range for the day is 1443.2-1559.2. Cardamom prices ended with losses on profit booking after prices gained amid good export from exporters in view of hopes of higher export contracts. Harvesting trend is any indication, the total output during the current season might come to around 40 per cent of the previous crop. Arrivals last week decreased to 286 tonnes from 447 tonnes the week before. Cardamom prices in spot market dropped by 18.30 rupees and settled at 1414.40 rupees.
